Cathleen S. Cline
Cathleen S. Cline is the President of Friends & Vets Helping Pets. Originally from Oregon, she graduated from the University of Oregon. Cathleen now works as the Senior Vice President of Administration for Aerovironment, Inc. in Los Angeles, California. Cathleen has had dogs since childhood and has three Vizslas at home, Dudley, Marlo and Reba. When not working to help animals, she loves to watch her dogs in the show ring. Even more so, she loves to spoil them.
Brooke K. F. Counts
Brooke K. F. Counts helped to set up Friends & Vets Helping Pets and now volunteers on the board. She graduated from Centre College and went on to the University of Kentucky Law School. Upon graduation, she worked in the private sector for many years. Brooke has proudly served on the Vizsla Club of America’s Board of Directors, was the Miami Valley Vizsla Club Show Chairman, is an American Kennel Club Junior Showmanship Judge, and has been showing dogs for over twenty years. She loves educating children on responsible pet care and teaching them how to show their dogs. She lives in Lexington with her husband and young daughter. She has three Vizslas and a cat who, in his mind, is bigger than the dogs.
Dr. Robert Hutchison
Dr. Robert Hutchison is a devoted canine fancier and horseman. He is a co-owner of some of the top Shiba Inu’s being exhibited and has raced Standardbred horses for the last 35 years. Dr. Hutchison started Animal Clinic Northview in 1977 and the facility has evolved into an American Animal Hospital Association certified veterinary facility that employs 17 veterinarians. Dr. Hutchison is primarily noted for his work in canine reproduction and frozen semen. He lectures internationally on canine reproduction and neonatology, and is a consultant for the Veterinary Information Network (VIN) for reproduction and genetics. Dr. Hutch spends his time at home with wife, Aneta, and a terribly spoiled 2 year old Papillon, Chloe.
Dr. Loyde Jolly
Dr. Loyde Jolly has been with Woodford Veterinary Clinic in beautiful Versailles, Kentucky since 1991. His clinic has grown to include seven veterinarians and a large staff of wonderful technicians. He and his wife Terri have four children, Christopher, Morgan, Zach and Kayla. They also have a Yorkie (Tuggles), a Boxer (Libby), a Golden Retriever (Oakley) and a cat (Tubby) that reside with them. When not working or spending time with his family, Dr. Jolly enjoys playing golf, bowling and fishing. He also finds time to raise Angus cattle on his farm.
Marco Quihuis
Marco Quihuis is currently the Director of Financial Reporting at AeroVironment, Inc. Before joining AeroVironment, he served as Controller for Shopzilla.com, a price comparison website and was an audit manager with the Big 4 accounting firm, Ernst & Young LLP. He currently holds an active CPA license and obtained a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. Marco and his wife currently reside in Orange County, CA with their three kids, all miniature poodles, two boys and one girl. Marco has had a deep love for animals, growing up with both cats and dogs. As a young boy he was known to feed stray cats and dogs, which resulted in their extended stay, much to his parents’ dismay. He one day hopes to retire in San Diego, CA so he can volunteer at the world famous San Diego Zoo.
Dr. Dana Bleifer
Dr. Dana Bleifer attended the University of California at Davis for both undergraduate studies and post-graduate Veterinary school. She pursued post-graduate studies at the University of Agricultural Sciences, in Upsala, Sweden and the University of Georgia. Dr. Bleifer is a general practitioner with a special interest in reproduction. Dr Bleifer has twin daughters that keep her quite busy, but she also finds a little extra time for her Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and Holsteiner horses.
