Dr. Illaina with Dakota

Dakota is coming out more and I finally managed to get a couple good pictures of him.

I can’t thank you and your organization enough for helping us with Dakota’s surgery so that he can remain a part of our family! I can’t imagine our home without him! He is adjusting well to the loss of his leg and I am seeing his amazingly sweet personality come back now that he is less medicated. I have attached a few photos of before and after.

Again thank you just doesn’t seem enough for everything you have done!

Hello. My name is Crookshanks. I had a rough start to life before my new person found me. I had severe periodontal disease and a tooth that needed to be excised. I’m smiling pretty now and able to eat again. Yay! “Thank you, thank you so much Friends & Vets Helping Pets! This has made my day!”

Abbiegail

Hello. My name is Abbiegail. I am a seven year old dachshund that needed surgery for a ruptured disk in my spine. With assistance from FVHP and the great docs at Cornell University Animal Hospital, I have a life again. Now I can keep up with my baby sister. Zoommmmm!

Puma

Meowwww. My name is Puma. I am a three year old cat that suffers with diabetes. To make it worse, I was also diagnosed with pancreatitis. Without treatment and proper management of my diabetes, I will die. FVHP and Dr. Sue helped me to get back on my feet again. Thanks and Puma love!

Deputy

Hi. My name is Leroy. I am a 4 month old male Australian Shepherd puppy that got a little too rambunctious. Friends & Vets Helping Pets helped my family pay for the knee surgery that changed my life. I am a happy puppy once again!

Cyrus

Hi. My name is Cyrus. I was on the brink of euthanasia when I was rescued by my new family. As a loving one year pup, I was suffering from the effects of being hit by a car. Friends & Vets Helping Pets helped me to have bilateral FHO (Femoral Head Osteotomy) “hip” surgery and rehab so that I can live a normal, very active and pain free life.

Buddy

My name is Buddy. I am 9 years old and had a tumor on my tongue that was the size of a pencil eraser. If it was not removed, it would have become life-threatening. I needed surgery asap. Thank you FVHP for helping me to lead a long and healthy life!
